Ep # 55: If The Hunger Scale Isn't Working (Common Challenges & Pitfalls)

Diets feel so burdensome and restrictive because they *disconnect* us from our body's needs and desires.

They also teach us to ignore our fullness cues and eat GIANT servings of vegetables and lean protein to try to fill up and stay satisfied. And they teach us to dismiss our cravings and suffer through bland, boring diet meals to lose weight.
