First up, we’re talking about joyful eating—finding a balance between healthy food and fun food that you actually look forward to eating. Then, I’ll show you how to tune into your body’s hunger and fullness cues so you can stop overeating and stop letting some diet tell you what and when to eat. Of course, that’s not always as easy as it sounds, which is why pillar three is all about uncovering hidden obstacles—figuring out why listening to your body can feel hard sometimes, and how to work through it.
And finally, mindset mastery—because your lower brain loves to talk you into overeating for that quick fix, and a major key to success is learning to spot those thoughts and not fall for them.
