So many of us get trapped in these autopilot identities: "I'm just a sugar addict" or "I prefer feeling full" or "I always snack at night." But what if those aren't permanent parts of who you are? What if you could simply try on the opposite identity for size? I break down exactly how practicing the opposite behaviors - even just for one meal or one day - can create surprising shifts in your habits and your results. The best part?
